Pear, Strawberry and Yoghurt Smoothie
Here is a super simple delicious smoothie using fresh or canned fruit
You can freeze any extra in ice-lolly moulds for a healthy, summery snack for the kids (and the adults)
Ingredients
1 cup apple cider
1 cup pears (fresh or canned -If canned, drain juice)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup ULTRA FOOD INNOVATIONS Strawberry Yoghurt
Instructions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until evenly mixed
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
